What will I receive after I've placed my order?
"Your piece of Mallorca" stands for an individualized piece of land which is characterized by an engraved stone bearing
a specific registration number. This stone marks `your space´ and carries a right of use for up to a hundred years.
In addition you will receive an ownership certificate as well as an ownership card (in check-card-format) each stating
your name and registration number. And last but not least you will receive a full brochure with all the details concerning
site location and direction on how to get there and where to park.
Where is my piece of Mallorca?
"Your piece of Mallorca” is located between Campos and Felanitx on the island of Mallorca. You will receive a fully detailed discription of the location along with your order.
How much does “my piece of Mallorca” cost?
The regular certificate costs € 39,00 plus shipping costs. The framed certificate (Real wood frame comes with a stylish Pass par tout) costs € 49,00 plus shipping costs. For detailed shipping costs please check position 18.
How big is the certificate?
The certificate measures 34.2 cm x 24.2 cm.
How big is the picture frame?
The picture frame measures 46,7 cm x 36.7 cm x 1,4cm
Can I buy a pass par tout separately?
The pass par tout – in exclusive “stone” design - is sold with the picture frame.
How big is my piece of Mallorca?
The size of “Your piece of Mallorca” is around 3 x 4cm. Enable to mark your piece of land for the next 100years we characterized it by a numbered stone. Each stone being unique in shape and size, having been formed by nature over many years of weathering. In average each stone measuring aprox. 3-4 cm in size.
Will there be any other cost?
There are, and will be, no other costs other than those shown on the order form.
Must I cultivate “my piece of Mallorca” myself?
No, we take full care of that.
Are there any further commitments?
No, there are no further commitments whatsoever.
Can I pass my “Piece of Mallorca” on down?
Unfortunately not. Because it´s the symbolic idea that stands in the foreground.
Can I choose a personalised registration number?
Yes, if the number is still available. We currently offer numbers between 1 and 1000. Successively these numbers are constantly being expanded.
Would there be any extra costs for choosing a personalised registration number?
No, any number can be chosen from the available range of numbers at no extra cost.
How long will it take until I get my (framed or unframed) certificate?
Upon receipt of payment (by Money Order) it takes between 3 to 5 work days. Within this time your stone will also be placed on the property.
Do you have a cancellation policy / Can I withdraw from my order?
A very good question! An order can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after placement. Since the process of personalizing the stone and the certificate begins immediately we ask you to understand that we cannot accept withdraws after this time.
If I buy more than one “pieces of Mallorca” will I get a discount?
